Fulbright, Robert (Bobby) David age 33 of Knoxville passed on Friday, July 1, 2005.  Bobby was a loving and beloved husband, father, son and brother.  He was a sales representative of Ted Russell Ford and their top Isuzu sales person.  He graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Health Promotion. Bobby enjoyed being the commissioner of fantasy baseball and football leagues and was an avid sports enthusiast and participant.  A generous and giving person, his last gifts were as an organ donor.  Bobby was preceded in death by his grandparents Bobbie and Jonnie Fox.  Survivors: wife, Valerie; sons, Dakota age 9 and Camdyn age 7; parents, Stephen and Susan Fulbright of Lenoir City; brother, Matthew Fulbright of Fort Bragg, NC; Grandparents, Kenneth and Mary Lee Fulbright of Lenoir City; the families of aunts, Frances Cupp of Farragut, Lea Ann Sparks of Lenoir City, Hazel Sheperd of Clinton,  and Valerie Discher of Kansas City, MO.  He is also survived by his wife's family, all of Stillwater, Oklahoma. Qualkenbush, Jane - The heavens are shining brighter for God took a precious angel home today.  Jane went home to be with the Lord and her husband, Harold Qualkenbush on Friday, July 1, 2005.  Preceded in death by her brothers: Harry, Hannie, Clyde, Orin and her sister, Mae. Turner, James Patrick (Buck)- age 84 of Lenoir City, TN passed away at his home Saturday, July 2nd, 2005. Buck was a founding member, Acolyte Master, Lay Reader and Chalice Bearer of the Church of the Resurrection, Episcopal in Loudon, TN. He attended St. Andrew’s – Sewanee School, Episcopal. Buck served his country as a Technical Sergeant, 3rd Grade in the United States Army during World War II. After returning home from service, he graduated from Kirkman Vocational School in Chattanooga, TN. In 1984, Buck retired from Oak Ridge National Laboratory where he had worked for 26 years as a tool and dye machinist at the X-10 Plant. In his younger years, he was an avid sportsman enjoying deer hunting and gun collecting. Buck is survived by his wife of 57 years, Margaret H. (Peggy) Turner whom he met while stationed in England during WWII; daughters Peggy Ann Turner of Wanganui, New Zealand, Lynn Denise Turner of Maryville, Sherri Turner-Herrmann and husband Nicholas of Knoxville; granddaughter Amelia Laurens Buffaloe of Knoxville and elder sister Nancy Pollard of Virginia Beach, VA. Buck was a loving husband, father and grandfather to his family. He is greatly loved and greatly missed. A memorial service will be held at the Church of the Resurrection, Episcopal at 6 p.m. on July 20th, 2005. Kesterson, Alvin Wade (Al) age 78 of Farragut passed away Monday evening, July 4, 2005 at his home. Al  was a 20 year veteran of the U S Army and U S Navy serving during WWII. After his retirement, he was a manager for Shoney's for twenty years. He was a member of First Baptist Church Concord and the Pathfinders Sunday School Class. Stafford, Moody F. (Benny) - age 72 of Lenoir City, passed away Tuesday, July 5, 2005 at Park West Medical Center.  He was a longtime member of Kingston Pike Baptist Church where he was very active in Sunday School and Training Union as a Director of both, he was also teacher in Adult Men’s and Young People’s Classes.  Benny was past owner of Russell and Shields Insurance Agency.  He was President of Kingston Pike Baptist Church Brotherhood, a 32nd degree Mason and a member of Kerbela Shriners.  A Charter President of the Optimist Club, member of the Civitan Club, Ruritan Club and Junior Chamber of Commerce.  Benny was formerly elected Loudon Co. Outstanding Young Man of the Year.  He was Chairman of Lenoir City 100 year Centennial.  He served in the U. S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict, in Germany during the Berlin Crisis in 1961 and with the Tennessee Air National Guard.   Benny was elected to the Tennessee State Legislature in 1970 where he served for 18 years.  He served 2 years as House Whip and 10 years as Republican Caucus Chairman.  He received the Outstanding Tennessean Award from Gov. Ned McWherter.  Benny served on Agriculture, Conservation, Government Operations and House Rules Committees.  He was instrumental in securing funding for the Agriculture Expo Arena at Roane State Community College.  Benny owned and operated Carriage Hill Ranch where he raised horses for breeding and show.  He was preceded in death by his father, M. L. Patrick, Frank Jr. - age 76 of the Tellico Village Community in Loudon, TN formerly of Crown Point, IN passed away Thursday morning, July 7, 2005, after a long illness. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Tellico Village. He has been a loyal Sunday School teacher for 25 years and a faithful choir member for 35 years.  Frank was also involved with Habitat for Humanity and did volunteer work at his church.  He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers #697 of Lake County, IN.  He was preceded in death by parents, Frank Marion Patrick and Lucy Ethel Patrick Turner; brothers, George Patrick, John Dee Patrick and Ray Edward Patrick; sisters, Lela Mae Patrick, Otha Mae Patrick Smith, Mary Afton Patrick Smith, Aster Pearl Collins, Eythel Nadene Patrick Johnson and Audry Lorene Patrick Johnson; many nieces and nephews.  He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Edith Inez (Johnson) Patrick; son, Rev. Hicks, Joyce Ann Raby age 59 of Cocoa Beach, FL, formerly of Farragut, passed away June 10, 2005 in Florida. Joyce fought a courageous battle with cancer. Jim Dyar, 61, of Knoxville, TN, formerly of Enterprise, AL, passed away Thursday, July 7, 2005 at University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle, Washington. Jim coached at Iowa State University, University of Pittsburgh, and University of Tennessee and has remained in close contact with many of his former players. After retiring from coaching, he became an agent with State Farm Insurance in Knoxville where he has operated his agency since 1980. He was involved in coaching several youth programs in the Knoxville area. Along with his family, Jim was a member of First Baptist Church Concord. Jim was preceded in death by his parents, J. Guy and Eleanor (Searcy) Dyar. Duncan, Sherry Renee Beshires - age 33 of Farragut, passed away Saturday evening, July 9, 2005. She was preceded in death by her father, Earl Beshires. Hart, Howard Edward (Buster) - age 79 of Hardin Valley Community, Knoxville went to be with his children, Sunday July 10, 2005.  He was of the Baptist faith. Buster served in the U.S. Army during World War II and was the recipient of the Bronze Star.  Buster was retired from the Tennessee Department of Transportation and was an avid hunter and fisherman.  He was preceded in death by a daughter, Peggy Viles and his sons, Bobby and Glen.  He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Virginia Lovelace Hart; sons: Tony Hart and wife Judy; Gary Hart and wife, Ann; Timmy Hart and wife Tammy; and Joe Hart; daughter, Jean Calloway; several grandchildren and great grand-children; special relative, Agnes Johnson; sister, Agnes Henry; brother-in-law and sisters-in-law, Ralph Lovelace and wife Barbara, Ernestine Smith and Hazel Lovelace; several nieces, nephews and cousins.  The family will receive friends from 6-7:45 p.m. Tuesday with Funeral Services to follow at 8 p.m. in the Click Funeral Home Chapel at 109 Walnut Street in Lenoir City with Rev. Bolt, Pauline Emma Jacobs - age 80 of Friendsville, formerly of Loudon Co., passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2005 at U. T. Medical Center.  She was born July 5, 1925 in Sweetwater, TN and shortly thereafter moved to Loudon.  She was a faithful member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church.  Mrs. Bolt had many friends and relatives and will be deeply missed by all.  She worked for Yale & Towne Lock Co. for 26 years where she served as Union Steward for many years.  She was preceded in death by father, Willis Jacobs; mother, Minnie Atkins Jacobs; sisters, Willie May Johns, Lois Fisher, Leona Ward, and Sylvia Arden; brothers, Bart Lindsey, J. Trout, Frances Douglas Mashburn - passed away Thursday July 14, 2005, at her home.  Frances was a member of Central United Methodist Church in Lenoir City where she taught Sunday School and sang in the choir.  She received her B.S. from Carson-Newman College in 1963, her Masters Degree from the University of Kentucky in 1965 and her EDS from Tennessee Tech in 1994.  She taught in the Loudon County Schools from 1978-2001.  Frances was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She loved her family and took great joy in caring for them. Frances was preceded in death by her parents, Carl Henry Mashburn and Frances Douglas Paysour Mashburn; infant twin brother, Carl Henry Mashburn.  She is survived by her loving husband of 27 years, Joe W.Trout of Lenoir City; sons, Michael and wife, Tracy, and Jody all of Loudon; grandsons, Brayden and Connor; uncle, W.D. Schneider, Angela Kay Thompson, age 36, of Rockwood, TN,  formerly of Farragut, TN, Gadsden, AL, Birmingham, AL and Rock Hill, SC, died suddenly Wednesday afternoon, July 13, 2005, in an automobile accident. Angie was a member of Faith Promise Church in Farragut. She was a graduate of University of Alabama-Birmingham with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, and a graduate of the Surgeons Assistants Program. She was a  wonderful mother and loved her children, Anya and Noah, who were adopted from the Ukraine. She was active in her children's school and assisted there frequently. Angie was an avid swimmer and taught swimming, and enjoyed photography.  She was preceded in death by her father, Walter B. Thompson; grandmother, Inez Y. Croxton, and uncles, Charles Thompson, Jimmy Turner and Michael Croxton.  In addition to her children, she is survived by her mother and step-father, Glenda Thompson Duke and Harry Ronald Duke, MD of Gadsden, AL; her grandfather, Thomas Clyburn, Sr. of Kershaw, SC; the father of her children, Paul D. Crumley, Carl Leon age 75 of Maryville, passed away Sunday evening, July 17, 2005. Carl was born August 10, 1929 in Etowah, TN and was the only child of his parents. He was a graduate of the University of Tennessee Law School class of 1952. He worked for Crawford and Company Insurance Adjusters as a manager for 35 years until his retirement. He loved to garden, raise grapes, fruit trees and flowers. He also loved attending church. He was a member and elder of Clover Hill Presbyterian Church. He sang in the choir and on occasion preached the sermon when needed. Survivors: wife of 46 years, Alma Gay Crumley; three children, Dan Crumley, Charlene Bessler and Doug Crumley; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Trame, Charles E. - age 82 of the Tellico Village Community, Loudon passed away Saturday, July 16, 2005, of natural causes. Mr. Trame formerly of Mequon, WI and Lima OH, lived in Tellico Village since 1993. He was a member of the Tellico Art Guild and the Knoxville Museum of Art. He served in the South Pacific during World War II in the United States Marine Corp. He was attached to the Corsair Squadron known as Hell’s Bells. Mr. Trame was born in Glandorf, OH on September 28, 1922. He was a noted artist and spent his career in the commercial arts before retiring to Tellico Village. Mr. Trame has many artistic accomplishments to his name and over 15 patents. One of the most notable is his invention of the first motion sign, the famous Hamm’s waterfall sign advertising Hamm’s Beer. Mr. Trame retired as President of Everbrite Sign Inc. in South Milwaukee, WI, where they have honored him by naming the research and development building the Charles E. Trame Technology Center. He was active in the POPAI Association. He was preceded in death by the love of his life, his wife of 57 years, Doris Jane Cole Trame in 2002, and his parents Edward and Sue Trame of Lima, OH.. He is survived by his four children, Patricia Ann Keegan and husband, Peter of Hawthorne Woods, IL, Thomas Trame and wife, Nancy of Sevierville , James Trame and wife, Kimberly of Knoxville, Christine  Cobb and husband, Bob of Woodbury, MN; ; 14 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren. . Bevins, Katherine (Kay) Berns - age 69 of the Tellico Village Community, Loudon, TN, passed away Wednesday, July 20, 2005, at her home.  Kay and her husband, Donald formerly lived in Cherokee, Iowa and Omaha, Nebraska. Kay was a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Lenoir City, TN and a former member of the Church of the Immaculate Conception in Iowa and St. Column Kill in Nebraska. She spent time in Iowa working in the Cherokee County Treasurer’s Office, the School District 66 and with Analyst International Corp. in Omaha.   She was preceded in death by sister, Elizabeth, brother, Claude and sister, Colleen. Survivors are her husband of 45 years, Donald Bevins; sons, Michael of Myrtle Beach, SC and Daniel of Joliet, IL; 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; sisters, Delores of Storm Lake, IA and Sheila of Cherokee, IA; several nieces and nephews. Ramsey, Meredith - age 64 of Lenoir City formerly of Knoxville, passed away suddenly Saturday, July 23, 2005, at his home. Meredith attended Cornerstone Church of God. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War was retired from the Army National Guard with over 20 years service. Meredith retired from JFG in Knoxville after 32 years of service. He was preceded in death by his wife, Shelby Jean and his father, Elmer Ramsey. He is survived by his daughters, Kimberly Simpson, Michele Carmley and husband, Tommy all of Knoxville; step-son, Bobby Paskell and wife, Patchus with whom he made his home; grandchildren: Tommy, Steven, Timothy, April and Calep; mother, Gladys Lynch of Luttrell; brother, Harland Lynch; sisters, Judy Baker and Sheryl Wyatt; several nieces and nephews. Wilson, Reba L. - age 96 of San Diego, CA, formerly of Vonore, passed away Sunday, July 17, 2005 in California.  She was a member of North Park Baptist Church in San Diego.  Preceded in death by parents, Elizabeth Harris Howard and Daniel Boone Howard; several brothers and sisters.  She is survived by several nieces and nephews.  Family and friends will gather at Mt. Woodley, Lawrence Robert (Bud) - age 84 of Knoxville, passed away Saturday, July 23, 2005.  He was retired from General Motors in Grand Blanc, Michigan.  Bud served in the U. S. Navy during W. W. Arledge, Patsy Jean Williams - age 72 of the Tellico Village Community, Loudon, TN, passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2005.  She was a member of Tellico Village Community Church.  Patsy was a loving, caring and giving wife, mother and grandmother.  She was preceded in death by infant son, David Alan Arledge; parents, J. McMahan, Robert Jeffery - age 39 of Atlanta, Ga., and raised in Lenoir City, went to be with the Lord on July 30, 2005. Jeff was a carpenter and a very talented Interior Designer. He was a loving, vibrant and caring person and loved to travel and collect antiques. He lived life to the fullest. Jeff was preceded in death by his grandparents, Maude Gowder Littleton, Robert Ira Gowder and Maude and Oscar McMahan.   Jeff is survived by his mother, Ira Jane (Chick) McMahan, his twin brother, Scott McMahan and wife Susan, sister, Rhonda Sue McMahan, special companion, Gerald Andrew, and his father, Richard McMahan. He has a special childhood sister, Marie Nalls Hawkins. He has many special nieces and nephews and many loving, devoted and special friends. Davis, James S. - age 75 of the Tellico Village Community, Loudon passed away Friday July 29, 2005.  He was a member of the Tellico Village Community Church and was retired from the FAA in the Air Traffic Field with 38 years service.  James served during the Korean War in the U.S. Air Force in Air Traffic Control.  He was preceded in death by his parents, James S. Davis, Sr. and Ora Waunita; brother, Roger Scott Davis; grandson, Andrew Clifford Clapper.  Survived by his wife of 55 years, Marilyn Magee Davis; children, Deborah Davis Clapper and husband, Jonathan of Nashville, James Clifton Davis and wife, Donia of Orlando; grandchildren, James Robert Clapper, Michael Gail Clapper, Kailey Brooke Davis and Morgan Shaye Davis; brother, Frank Davis, McCloud, OK; several nieces and nephews; sister-in-law, Linda Eskew and husband, Johnny of San Angelo, TX.  A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, August 5, 2005 at the Tellico Village Community Church with Rev.
