Hall, Effie Frances - age 95 of Lenoir City, passed away Saturday, June 3, 2006, at the Baptist Health Care Center. Effie was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and the Golden Age Sunday School Class. She retired from the Eaton Corporation working 22 years as a lock assembler.  Effie was an avid quilter, homemaker and gardener. Simmons, Teresa (Terri) age 50 of Lenoir City, formerly of Concord, went to be with the Lord Monday morning, June 5, 2006 at Park West Hospital. Terri was a member of Union Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She was an employee of CareMark in Hardin Valley. Terri was an avid animal lover, and had many horses, dogs, cats and chickens. Betty Norton, age 89, of Lenoir City passed away peacefully Sunday evening June 4, 2006, surrounded by her family, after a courageous battle with Multiple Myeloma. Gobrecht, Robert Steven Jr. (Robby), beloved son and brother, age 37 of Cincinnati, Ohio, formerly of Knoxville, passed away Tuesday afternoon, June 6, 2006 at University Hospital in Cincinnati. Robby was a long time employee of the Kroger Company. Brown, Edwin Littleton age 82 passed away Sunday, June 11, 2006 at Park West Hospital. He was the son of Henry Blakemore Brown and wife, Mayme Elizabeth and was born in Tracy City, Tennessee August 20, 1923.  He graduated from Grundy County High School and served three years in the Army Air Corps as a S/Sgt. in the AACS. He attended the University of Tennessee.  Mr. Brown spent most of his working years in the hosiery textile industry beginning with Magnet Mills in Clinton becoming Vice-President in charge of sales, then as Vice President and Comptroller with Charles H. Bacon Company in Lenoir City, later under Genesco and then, Fruit of the Loom.  He is survived by Helen C. Brown, his loving wife of over 63 years.  Both Mr. and Mrs. Brown were always interested in young people of their communities, working with both Boy and Girl Scouts, MYF counselors for middle and high school, age.  Both taught Sunday School classes with Mr. Brown teaching college age.  He also had great interest in the young people at Holston Home in Greeneville and at the Daniel Arthur Rehab Center in Oak Ridge, serving on Boards of both institutions.  In Clinton he served as councilman in city government and enjoyed being one of the first male PTA president. He also served on Scout and church boards.  Mr. Brown is survived by children; Terry Brown and wife Jean, daughter, Karen Meredith and husband Robert; grandchildren; Mike Brown of Seattle, WA, David Meredith and wife April who teach English in Japanese schools, S/Sgt. Aaron Meredith and wife Joana, based with the Air Force in South Korea and Jennifer Meredith, third year college student in Georgia.  In addition there are two precious great granddaughters, Kayla Meredith and Je'Anne Meredith.  The family will receive friends at Click's Farragut Chapel Tuesday from 12 noon until 2 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Family and friends will meet at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Harriman at 2 p.m. on Wednesday for graveside services. Weaver, Doyle - age 75 of Lenoir City, passed away Wednesday, June 14, 2006 after a short battle with cancer.  He was of the Baptist faith.  Doyle retired from Loudon City Police Department.  He was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the U. S. Greenley, John W. age 86 of Knoxville, TN, a kind and loving man, passed away Saturday afternoon, June 17, 2006 U T Medical Center from complications related to Leukemia. John was born in Wilkesbarre, PA on March 8, 1920 to Jack and Sadie Lloyd Greenley. He served as a Ssgt. with the Army Air Corp in the Pacific Theater during World War II.  John retired from Stowers Machinery where he worked as an instructor and technical advisor. He was a man of many interests including woodworking, flying, boating, and had traveled to every state in the continental U S and Alaska with his wife and family. He provided his family with many adventures and precious memories. John was a member of First Christian Church. He was a member of the Knoxville Power Squadron and had taught the engine maintenance class for several years. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Robert Greenley. Survivors: wife of 43 years, Catherine Clower Greenley; daughters and sons-in-law, Donna  and Dr. John Buntin of West Memphis, AR, Dr. Rhonda and Chad Laurain of San Antonio, TX; grandchildren, John Jr., Holly and Elaine Buntin, Jack Laurain. William A. Drerup, age 87 passed away of congestive heart failure, Tuesday, June 20, 2006 at his home in Tellico Village.  Formally from Dayton, OH where he retired after 39 years with Delco Moraine as a tool & die maker.  He moved to TN a year ago from his home in Pt. Charlotte, FL.  Preceded in death by daughter Donna Jean Drerup Meyer, Dayton, OH who passed away last month.  Survived by loving wife of 64 years, Isabel, son William J. (Bill) & daughter-in-law, Pat, of Tellico Village; deceased daughter’s husband, Michael Meyer, Dayton, OH; grandsons Eddie, Danny & Kenny Meyer, Dayton, granddaughters Stephanie Fairchild (Don), Diane Knudsen (Patrik), Knoxville; great granddaughters Robbie Meyer (Dayton), & Sydney & Addison Fairchild & Madelyn Knudsen, Knoxville.  A great grandson is due in August.  A funeral mass will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 26th at St. Thomas the Apostle Church in Lenoir City.  Interment will be at a later date in Dayton.  Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City is handling the arrangements. Louie Campbell Henley, age 85 of Lenoir City, passed away Saturday, June 17, 2006 at Park West Medical Center.  Mr. Henley was a member of Tracy City Masonic Lodge and a veteran of W. W. II, having served in the U. S. Army Air Corp. as a crew member on a B-24 Liberator.  Mr. Henley  graduated from Tennessee Tech University and  worked at Oak Ridge National Laboratory as a Radio Chemist and as a Certified Health Physicist.  He retired in 1983 after 35 years of service.  During his tenure he authored numerous papers related to the field of Health Physics.  In his private life, he was an avid amateur aviator and enjoyed reunions with his veteran flight crew members.  Preceded in death by his first wife of 49 years, Lena Tilley Henley; parents, Samuel Hugh Henley and Viola Dishroon Henley; sister, Patsy Henley Gould.  Survived by wife, Evelyn Russell Henley; sons and daughter-in-law, Robert L. (Bob) and Vicki Henley of Monterey and William C. Andrew Collin Leet , age 22 of Knoxville passed away suddenly Saturday evening, June 17, 2006 at his home. Andrew graduated with honors from  Oak Ridge High School and was an honor student in international economics and political science at the University of Tennessee. His passions in life were the environment and helping others who are less fortunate. Andrew was preceded in death by his uncle, Lanny Falls and grandfather, Carl Falls. McIntosh, Doris June - age 79 of Farragut, passed away Sunday, June 25, 2006. She attended Central United Methodist Church in Lenoir City.  Doris was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Preceded in death by her husband, Bill McIntosh along with her parents and her nine brothers and sisters. She is survived by her daughter, Saundra Gillman and husband, Harry of Lenoir City; grandson, Stephen Gillman of Knoxville; granddaughter, Kimberly Turner and husband, Steve of Lenoir City; great grandchildren: Kayla, Kristina and Benjamin; special friends: Shirley Freedman, Gale Reynar and Kay Turner; several nieces and nephews. Barbara June Cline, age 65 of Lenoir City, went home to be with the Lord and her loved ones Sunday, June 25, 2006 at Ft. Loudoun Medical Center. Smith, William E. (Bill) age 83 of Farragut, formerly of Baltimore, MD, passed away Monday, June 26, 2006 . Bill attended Concord Presbyterian Church. He was a retired master carpenter. Bill was a veteran of World War II serving with the U S Navy aboard the USS Lexington in the Pacific. He was an avid woodworker and enjoyed sports. Bill was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. Paul E. Atchley, age 58 of Lenoir City, passed away Wednesday, June 28, 2006 in Rockwood.  He was a veteran serving in the U. S. Jerry Woodruff Wilkerson, age 53 of Gray, TN, formerly of Lenoir City, passed away Wednesday, June 28, 2006 after an illness with cancer. Jerry was retired as Director of Operations for PFG, Hale in Morristown, TN. He was a former business graduate and basketball letterman, 1970-1974, of East Tennessee State University. Dwayne A. Schoepke, age 74 of Greenback, formerly of Oconomowoc and Juneau, WI, Jonesboro, AR, passed away Thursday, June 29, 2006.  He was a member of Axley Chapel United Methodist Church.  A lifetime member of V. F. W. in Mountain Home, AR.  Dwayne was a 1950 graduate of Juneau High in Wisconsin and attended University Wisconsin Milwaukee.  A veteran of the Korean War serving in the U. S. Air Force.  He published the Dodge Co. Independent News and worked for W. A. Krueger Printing Company in Brookfield, WI and Jonesboro, AR before retiring to Tennessee.  Dwayne was an avid hunter, fisherman and gardener.  Preceded in death by parents, Robert and Lucella Schoepke.  Survived by his wife of 48 years, Dianne Daley Schoepke; children, Amy Moss and husband, Randy of Brownsville, WI, Heidi Miller and husband, Mike of Jonesboro, AR, Peter Schoepke and wife, Dolores, Jennifer Lawson and husband, Aaron all of Greenback; grandchildren: Tyler, Dominic, Abbey, Logan, Blake, Kandis, Katie and Lindsey; brother, Jerome Schoepke and wife, Dorothy of Beaver Dam, WI; several nieces and nephews.  A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday, July 2nd at Axley Chapel United Methodist Church with Rev.
