Metzelder, Klaus - age 68 of the Tellico Village Community in Loudon, passed away Tuesday evening, November 1, 2005. He was a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Lenoir City. Klaus was the former co-owner and operator of Metz & Kerchner Salon in Knoxville. Lee, Robert W. (Bob) - age 77 of Lenoir City passed away early Wednesday morning, November 2, 2005 at the Parkwest Medical Center. Bob was a member of Central United Methodist Church and retired after 35 years of service from the Lenoir City Utilities Board. He was a member of the Unitia Lodge 295 F & AM, was a 33 Degree Scottish Rite Mason and a member of the Kerbela Shrine Temple where he served on the Directors Staff. Wiggins, Joseph Claude age 83 of Lenoir City passed away Friday afternoon, November 4, 2005 at Baptist Hospital West.  He was a member of Dixie Lee Baptist Church. He was a former engineer, having retired from Modine in Clinton. He previously worked as an engineer for  Maremont, North Electric, General Electric, Lockheed and many others.   He was a veteran of World War II serving in the Army Air Corp. Newcomb , Crystal Fay - age 76 of Lenoir City, passed away Monday, November 21, 2005 after a lengthy battle with cancer.  Crystal was born on December 31, 1928 in Knoxville, TN.  She was of the Baptist faith.  Crystal was a very loving mother who had a big heart.  Everyone that knew her loved her.  She was Mama to many.  She was preceded in death by husband, Levi David Newcomb Sr.; father, Otis Martin; mother and step father, Robert and Ruth Geneva Riggs; sisters, Helen Hinkle and Margaret Combs; brothers, Walt and Earl Martin and son, Dennis Newcomb.   Survived by sisters, Dorothy Matthews of Texas and Gladys Campbell of Louisville, TN; sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Nancy Newcomb of Lenoir City, Levi David Jr. (Red) and Arlene Newcomb, Steven and Jo Anne Newcomb all of Knoxville, daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda and Willie Adkinson of Texas, Debbie and Dale Cavin of Jonesboro, TN and Phyllis and Charles Williamson of Texas; 19 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; lifelong best friend, Johnnie Mae Tuck and caretakers, Brenda and Charles Jenkins.  The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at Click Funeral Home, Lenoir City.  Funeral services will follow at 8 p.m. with Rev. Redmon, Artie “Dolly” Dutton - age 91 of the Oral Community in Roane County, passed away Tuesday November 22, 2005. She was a lifelong member of the Cave Creek Missionary Baptist Church. Dolly was preceded in death by her husbands, Fred Dutton and G. L. Redmon; brother, Willis Galyon; great granddaughter, Summer Dutton. She is survived by her children, Martin Dutton and wife Edna, Gene Dutton and wife Jessie, Gaynell Littleton and husband Hobert all of Lenoir City, Tony Dutton and wife Phyllis of Kingston; 15 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; step-children, Edith Jackson, Jack Redmond & Charlie Redmond. Rankin, Lucille Wright - age 82 of Lenoir City, passed away Tuesday, November 22, 2005, at her home.  She was a member of Central United Methodist Church.  Lucille was an avid bowler.  Preceded in death by husband, John W. Swan, Mildred Fox, born June 24, 1906 in Knox County, died November 23, 2005 at the Farragut Health Care Center in Knox County. Mildred was 99 years old. She was a graduate of Farragut High School and retired as a long-standing employee at Union Carbide X-10 plant in Oak Ridge after many years. Mildred was preceded in death by her first husband, Paul Watt Swan; her second husband, Harry McKenzie; her daughter, Barbara Swan Guinn; her grandson, John Paul Guinn; her parents, William Ethel Fox and Mary Russell Fox and her brother J.K. Fox. She is survived by her two sons Paul R. Swan and wife Helen of Farragut; Bill J. Swan and wife Lillian of Concord, NC; six grandchildren, Brenda Swan Hammill of Washington, DC, CAPT Kenneth A. Swan of Gales Ferry, CT, Paul Swan of Concord, NC, Cindy Taylor of Cookeville, Buddy Odom and Chris Odom both of Knoxville; 21 great grandchildren. Wilkes, Nola Mae Whitaker - age 79 of Lenoir City, passed away Tuesday, November 22, 2005 at Ft. Loudoun Medical Center.  She was a charter member of Kingston Pike Baptist Church where she was church clerk and flower chairman for several years.  She was also a department secretary at the church and active with W M U and several other church groups.  Nola worked at Yale Security as an assembler.  Preceded in death by husband, Oscar Wilkes; parents, Marshall and Minnie Witt Whitaker.  Survived by son, Charles Wilkes daughter and son-in-law, Sue Nell and Mitchell  Fine all of Lenoir City; grandchildren, Michelle Scarbrough and husband, Tony of Knoxville, Marsha Wiggins and husband, J. Greene, Frank Earl age 93 of Knoxville, Tennessee, formerly of Danville, IL, passed away November 25, 2005 at Baptist West Hospital. Born October 01, 1912 in Danville, Illinois, son of the late Earl and Mabel Greene. He also was preceded in death by his three brothers, Howard, John and Raymond.  Frank married Mildred Makemson August 15, 1936. Survivors include wife Mildred; son Larry Greene and daughter-in-law Janet; daughter Jacqwelyn Turner all of Knoxville, TN; four grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; sister, Hazel Smith of Danville, Illinois. He was a member of Union Cumberland Presbyterian Church and Chota Masonic Lodge #253 F&AM. He was a veteran of the U S Army. He was retired from General Electric in Danville, IL as Manager of Manufacturing Operations. He participated in many organizations such as the Boy Scouts, the Chamber of Commerce, neighborhood associations, including other civic activities. Robertson, A. W. “Knuckles” - age 85 of Lenoir City, formerly of Concord, passed away Monday, November 28, 2005.  He was retired from the Houston Agency.  A veteran of the U. S. Army serving in W. W. Ostrander, Hazel Fern - age 98, passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2005 at Baptist West Hospital, Knoxville.  She had resided at Baptist Health Care in Lenoir City since January, 2005.  She recently suffered a massive stroke.  Hazel was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin J.; sons, Robert E. of Livonia, MI and Edwin Jr. of Pahrump, NV and an identical twin sister, Helen Walton of Valencia, CA.  Survivors include a son, Brentwood R. and wife, Leta of Loudon; 11 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; 28 great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.  Hazel sincerely loved her Lord Jesus.  She was a member of Dixie Lee Baptist Church, Lenoir City.  Through the years the great love of Hazel’s life was serving her Lord as she taught Sunday School, was a church clerk and did visitation.  Her great joy was a chance to see her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren and she will be greatly missed by family and friends.  She will be interred in Capac, Michigan with a graveside ceremony.  There will be a memorial service at Dixie Lee Baptist Church at a later date.  Click-Hawkins Chapel, Lenoir City is serving the family of Hazel F.
