The mission of The Compassionate Friends is to assist families in the positive resolution of grief following the death of a child and to provide information to help others be supportive.

Our chapter meets the second Sunday of each month at 2:00 p.m. at the Second United Methodist Church on Western Avenue.  Directions follow:
On I-40 going west, take the 17th Street exit onto Ailor Avenue and go through the traffic light to the stop sign.  Turn right onto Western Avenue.  The church is on the right.  Go past the church and turn right onto Euclid Avenue.  Parking is at the back of the church.  On I-40 going east, take the 17th Street exit and go to the first traffic light.  Turn left onto 17th Street.  Go under the overpass and turn right onto Euclid Avenue.  The parking lot is on the left.
