Some of Foster’s happiest memories were of weeks spent on Tybee Island, Ga., with his extended family, where he would seek out the best "crabbing" spots, and spend hours in the hot sun, pulling in crabs and chatting with other fishermen. The last full week of his life was spent at Tybee, where he enjoyed the ocean breezes and savored a memorable meal at one of his favorite restaurants, The Breakfast Club. Foster had many interests and hobbies , including Boy Scout activities and making handcrafted gifts , but his greatest passion was reserved for his children, Grant, Zoe, Tuesday, Taylor and Foster Lee.
