Claude M. Tatham, Jr. age 77 of Lenoir City passed away January 25, 2017. He was born in Andrews, NC, May 28, 1939 to the late Claude M. Tatham, Sr. and Madge Hartness Tatham. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Jim and David, and sisters, Martha and Agatha.
Claude was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force, having served in Germany, Libya and Washington State. He was retired from Union Carbide/Viskase.
He is survived by his son, Shawn Tatham; brothers, Charles, Bill, Tom and Randy; sisters, Ann and Mary; nieces, nephews, friends and his beloved dog, Obama.
A celebration of his life will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, April 23, 2017 at Lenoir City Park on Fort Loudon Lake, Shelter 1 with Rev. Ken Phillips officiating. Interment will follow at Lakeview Cemetery. All friends and family are welcome.
