Obituary for Emma Sue Peerman Presley

Emma Sue King Peerman Presley age 77 of Lenoir City passed away Tuesday morning, September 5, 2017 at her home. Sue retired from First National Bank after 37 years of service. She was a member of Silver Ridge Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Ivy Spessard King; brother, Charley F. King, and first husband, J. R. Peerman. She is survived by her husband, Wayne Presley; brothers and sisters-in-law, Bill and Liz King of Harriman, Jim and Desira King of California; stepdaughters, Pam McCloud and husband, Larry, and Sharon Johnson; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins, and special friends, Barbara Gardner, Martha Norris and Ruth McNabb. The family would like to express a special thanks to the nurses at U. T. Hospice, Dr. Reddy’s office and her caregivers, Pam and Sharon. The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, September 7th at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. Scot Wells officiating. Family and friends will gather at the funeral home by 10:30 Friday morning and proceed to Loudon Co. Memorial Gardens for 11 a.m. graveside services. Serving as pallbearers: Cody Tilley, Dennis DuBose, Dennis Wolever, Kevin Wolever, Kaylob Wolever, and Josh Taylor. Honorary pallbearer, Larry McCloud. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Silver Ridge Baptist Church Mission Trip to Nicaragua, c/o 1800 Calloway Circle, Lenoir City, TN 37772.
