Obituary for Freddie Wayne Brewster

Freddie Wayne Brewster age 74 of Lenoir City passed away on June 26th at Parkwest Medical Center. Freddie was born to Mary Joy Hill Brewster and Ray Brewster on May 26, 1944. Preceded in death by his parents, brother, Eddie Brewster and wife Phyllis, brother, Roger Brewster, and nephew, Eddie Ray Brewster, Jr (Bubby). He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Brenda Jo Julian Brewster, sons and daughters-in-law, Jason Brewster and wife, Julie, Tyson Brewster and wife, Shelly. The joy of his life, his grandchildren, Dylan, Jordan Kate, Alyssa and Carson Brewster; brothers and sisters-in-law, David and Becky Brewster of Philadelphia and Don and Susan Brewster of Murfreesboro, Toby Brewster of Lenoir City; along with many special nieces, nephews, co-workers and friends.

A graduate of Loudon High School class of 1962 and the University of Tennessee in 1969. He began his career with the Co-Op system in 1969 until he retired in 2010 after 41 years of service. His family is proud of the positive and enduring impact he made on Tennessee’s farmers, our state’s agriculture and the cooperative system where he built relationships with his co-workers, employees and local farm community.

The family will receive friends on Friday, June 29th, at Calvary Baptist Church, Lenoir City from 5-7 pm. Funeral service will follow at 7 pm with Reverend Larry Bryant officiating. Family and friends will gather at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 30th for a graveside service at Loudon County Memorial Gardens.
