Obituary for Lucille Moore Dewitt

Lucille Moore Dewitt age 79 of Lenoir City passed away Thursday, May 3, 2018 at her home. Lucille was a former employee of Parkwest Hospital and a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Cecil Moore; sister Lana Conard and Lavona Waldron, and brother Charles Moore. Lucille is survived by her husband of 59 years, Buford Dewitt; son, Buford Darrol Dewitt; daughters, Cheryl Dewitt Hicks (Vincent), Julia Dewitt Bunch (David), and Cindy Dewitt Patrick (John); grandchildren: Tyson Dewitt, Adam Hicks, Keeli Roberson, Travis Wilkerson, Jaclyn McKenry (Michael), Jessica Kirby Rogers (Phillip); great-grandsons, Carson Dean Rogers and Janson Kirby Rogers; many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. The family would like to express their special thanks to Caris Healthcare. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 6th at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City. Funeral services will follow at 3 p.m. with Rev. Dean Bandy and Rev. Chris Everhart officiating. Burial will follow in Lakeview Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers: Travis Wilkerson, Tyson Dewitt, Phillip Rogers, Michael McKenry, Skipp Hatmaker and David Dewitt. Click Funeral Home, 109 Walnut Street, Lenoir City is in charge of arrangements.
